I have been in Mortgage Banking for 14 years and specialize in the new construction environment.

I have been working with Healy Homes for 5 years as their preferred lender in approving the mortgage financing for every client seeking to build a new home. It is not required that you utilize my services for your end loan, however I am required to verify income and asset information along with a loan application for your new build. This can save you thousands of dollars as you will not be required to obtain a “Construction Loan.” We also offer a full construction loan if needed. We also offer a “Doctor Loan” If you are a doctor, you can get a zero down up to 500k loan with a 700 credit score.

We utilize local appraisers that understand all of the Healy Homes sub-divisions, the By-laws, the Home Owners Association, the quality materials utilized and the superb quality construction of a Healy Home.

Victor Bals of Huron Valley Financial I also work at your side communicating regularly to make sure your dream home is on schedule and make sure the loan process works in tandem with the build process.

Many clients of Healy Homes also have a home to sell. At times this may cause additional stress on you and your family. Healy Homes will not accept a “Contingent Upon Selling Your Home” clause in the build agreement. My expertise is working solutions and providing options or strategies to deal with these type transactions. I also advise homeowner that do not have a home or other Real Estate to sell. Prior to breaking ground you will have a complete understanding of the build process, the mortgage process, cash to close and your estimated total monthly payment.

Beth O’hara, my Senior Loan Processor, and Gary Halek, my personal assistant, only work on the loans of my clients. They work for no other part of the company. So again attention to detail and constant communication will be at your side through the process.

I am also available nights and weekends to service your questions and concerns. I also start my day at 6:30 am so I am always accessible for you
